LANCASTER COUNTY PODIATRY has available to you a patient portal.  We would like to encourage you to sign up for the portal.  This will allow you to have real-time access to your medications, labs, tests and upcoming appointments.  Please call the office and provide us with your email address.  We will need this to give you authorization to the portal.  You will receive an email from “chartmaker” with instructions on how to create your unique user ID and password or you can login directly at www.chartmakerpatientportal.com.   This portal is to be used for NON-URGENT issues only.  Once you are registered, you can access the patient portal directly from this website by simply clicking on the patient portal link at the bottom of the web-page.
